OUR HISTORY & CHARACTER
Verdant Specialty Solutions was initially founded in the 1970s as McIntyre Group, just outside of Chicago. We have transformed over the years into a global surfactants leader with locations across the US and Europe. But our people still embrace the entrepreneurial spirit that started it all.
Our goal is to offer the personal attention of a small business with the industry-leading safety, quality, and reliability you expect from a larger company. After all, many of us have worked for both. We recently expanded our company with the acquisition of Baze Chemical, DeForest Enterprises and ParaFlow Energy Solutions.
