Robert Peacock Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Verdant Specialty Solutions

August 5, 2026 — Verdant Specialty Solutions is pleased to announce that Bob Peacock has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2026.

Bob joined Verdant in August 2025 as Vice President of Manufacturing, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in specialty chemicals and process manufacturing. Prior to Verdant, he held senior leadership positions at Vantage Specialty Chemicals, Stepan, P2 Science, and DuPont, leading global manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence, and business operations.

The appointment reflects the Board of Directors' confidence in Bob's leadership as Verdant continues to focus on its customers, employees, and long-term strategy.
